This process was not only time-consuming but also prone to errors and misuse. It was essential to replace the paper-based documentation with a digital solution that would minimize administrative burden, enhance security, and ensure data accuracy. Additionally, the new system needed to integrate seamlessly with existing technologies such as ID cards and license plate recognition camera systems.
