Alebo sme a\u017e v\u00a0de\u0148 n\u00e1stupu zis\u0165ovali, \u017ee e\u0161te neabsolvoval BOZP \u0161kolenie.<\/p><h1>A\u00a0to sme si mysleli, \u017ee sme na onboarding pripraven\u00ed.<\/h1><p>Len\u017ee ako firma rastieme, prib\u00fadaj\u00fa nov\u00e9 t\u00edmy, technol\u00f3gie a\u00a0aj n\u00e1roky. N\u00e1\u0161 zau\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd proces, ktor\u00fd kedysi fungoval celkom obstojne, sa za\u010dal pod n\u00e1porom drobn\u00fdch \u00faloh a\u00a0s\u00favislost\u00ed rozpad\u00e1va\u0165. A\u00a0tak sme si ako HR oddelenie povedali dos\u0165<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fores.group\/sk\/onboarding-app\/\"> \u2013 <span style=\"color: #00aaf0;\"><strong>mus\u00edme to rie\u0161i\u0165 syst\u00e9movo.<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p><h1>H\u013eadali sme rie\u0161enie, ktor\u00e9 nebude len \u201ena oko digit\u00e1lne\u201c<\/h1><p>Chceli sme nie\u010do, \u010do nebude len \u010fal\u0161ia forma Excelu \u2013 <strong>teda rie\u0161enie, ktor\u00e9 sa len tv\u00e1ri digit\u00e1lne, ale v\u00a0skuto\u010dnosti ho obsluhujeme manu\u00e1lne.<\/strong> Potrebovali sme n\u00e1stroj, ktor\u00fd prepoj\u00ed viacero oddelen\u00ed, nastav\u00ed zodpovednosti, ustr\u00e1\u017ei term\u00edny, a\u00a0pritom <strong>nebude n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd na u\u010denie \u010di implement\u00e1ciu.<\/strong> Onboarding System, ktor\u00fd sme nasadili, n\u00e1m sadol presne na mieru. Je jednoduch\u00fd, flexibiln\u00fd a\u00a0jeho najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee sa <strong>dok\u00e1\u017ee prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 n\u00e1\u0161mu sp\u00f4sobu pr\u00e1ce. Nie naopak.<\/strong><\/p><h1>Ako onboarding prebieha dnes?<\/h1><p>Poviem to \u00faprimne. V\u00fdrazne sa <strong>zr\u00fdchlil, spreh\u013eadnil a zjednodu\u0161il.<\/strong> U\u017e \u017eiadne nejasnosti, \u017eiadne dotazovanie na posledn\u00fa chv\u00ed\u013eu, \u017eiadne \u201eKto to vlastne mal na starosti?\u201c.<\/p><h1>Aktu\u00e1lne to funguje nasledovne.<\/h1><p>Zad\u00e1m z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 \u00fadaje o novom kolegovi do syst\u00e9mu. Meno, typ spolupr\u00e1ce, pracovn\u00fd \u010das, poz\u00edcia, n\u00e1rok na auto, miesto v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce a \u010fal\u0161ie detaily.<\/p><p>Syst\u00e9m na z\u00e1klade t\u00fdchto \u00fadajov <strong>automaticky pridel\u00ed \u00falohy zodpovedn\u00fdm osob\u00e1m<\/strong>. IT oddelenie, ved\u00faci t\u00edmu, office mana\u017e\u00e9rka, \u0161kolite\u013e BOZP, pr\u00edpadne niekto z vedenia. Ka\u017ed\u00fd <strong>dostane jasn\u00fa notifik\u00e1ciu<\/strong> o tom, \u010do m\u00e1 spravi\u0165, dokedy a v akej forme. V\u010faka <strong>preh\u013eadn\u00e9mu rozhraniu<\/strong> vid\u00edm, \u010do u\u017e bolo splnen\u00e9 a \u010do e\u0161te \u010dak\u00e1 na dokon\u010denie. A\u00a0ja sa m\u00f4\u017eem <strong>s\u00fastredi\u0165 na d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie veci,<\/strong> ako napr\u00edklad kult\u00faru firmy, spokojnos\u0165 t\u00edmov a\u00a0osobn\u00e9 za\u010dlenenie nov\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed.<\/p><h1>\u010co n\u00e1m v\u00a0syst\u00e9me <span style=\"color: #00aaf0;\"><a style=\"color: #00aaf0;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fores.group\/sk\/onboarding-app\/\">najviac vyhovuje<\/a>?<\/span><\/h1><p><strong>Jednoduchos\u0165 zad\u00e1vania \u00fadajov:<\/strong> \u017eiadne komplikovan\u00e9 formul\u00e1re.
