Fores Technology Group is a Slovak IT company based in Bratislava, made up of ForesServices, s. r. o. and ForesApps, s. r. o. Since 1996 it has been building custom software and business applications on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, digitalising manufacturing, logistics and administration, and delivering AI solutions, IT infrastructure and IT support. Yes. For old and failing applications it uses its own approach, the Fores Modernization Framework.

Does Fores deliver AI solutions?

Yes. It develops custom AI models, processes and analyses data and deploys solutions in the client's own infrastructure. It also has its own AI products, AI ForesXtractor and AI ForesXpack.

Does Fores have a real-time production visualisation system?

Yes, FactoryFlow. It brings production data from different sources into one system and shows it in real time, from screens on the shop floor to management dashboards. Screens can also be controlled by gestures, as in the system Fores delivered for BEKAERT.

Does Fores deliver engineering change management software for manufacturing?

Yes, Changeflow. It centralises engineering changes, bills of materials and related planning and logistics. Fores delivered an engineering change management system for Volkswagen Slovakia.

Does Fores have a claims management system?

Yes, ClaimsFlow. It is a centralised system for claims and incidents that unifies communication with customers, e-shops, carriers and internal departments. For DPD it runs in Slovakia and Switzerland.

Does Fores have a contract management system?

Yes, Contract Management. Built on Power Apps in Microsoft 365, it covers contract approvals, digital signing via DocuSign, a central register and expiry alerts. It is used, for example, by Lunter.

Does Fores have a document management system?

Yes, Document Quality Management. Using SharePoint and Power Automate, it manages the whole lifecycle of internal documents from drafting and review to approval and publishing, including versions and permissions. It also handles controlled documentation for ISO standards. It is used by Danfoss and TORSUS.

Does Fores have a tool for extracting data from Excel and invoices?

Yes, AI ForesXtractor. Using AI, it automatically extracts, cleans and standardises data from Excel files in different formats, such as reports, invoices, orders and financial statements, and connects it to SharePoint.

Can Fores detect anomalies in production automatically?

Yes, AI ForesXpack. Using machine vision and artificial intelligence, it detects missing packages and irregularities in the packaging process in real time and alerts the responsible staff immediately.

Does Fores have risk management software?

Yes, Risk Management on Microsoft 365. It tracks project status and risks, including change requests and their impact on cost and schedule. It suits companies running several projects at once and is used, for example, by Takenaka.

Does Fores have a leave approval and absence tracking tool in Microsoft 365?

Yes, Absences. It records and approves holidays, home office, sick leave, training and business trips in one place and syncs them with the calendar. It is built on SharePoint and Power Apps.

We process data for this purpose on the basis of your consent in order to respond to your enquiry or request. The provision of data is voluntary, but without providing it, the request cannot be processed. The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address of the controller info@fores.group.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. We will store your data for this purpose until the request is processed (until the requested information is provided), but for no longer than 1 year. The recipient of your data is the provider of support and operation of the website and the provider of web hosting services. Personal data will not be used for automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

The right of access to personal data under Article 15 GDPR: 

The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation that the controller processes personal data concerning him or her. The data subject has the right to obtain access to his or her personal data (the right to be provided with a copy of the personal data held by the controller about the data subject) and information about how the controller processes it, to the extent provided for in Article 15 of the GDPR. 

The right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR: 

The data subject shall have the right to have personal data concerning him or her rectified if it is incorrect or to have it completed if it is incomplete.  

The right to erasure (right to be forgotten) under Article 17 of the GDPR: 

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, under the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR. This right of the data subject shall be assessed by the controller in the light of all the relevant circumstances in accordance with Article 17 GDPR. 

The right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR: 

Where the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means, the data subject shall have the right to obtain his or her personal data which he or she has provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and shall have the right to transmit those data to another controller. As far as technically feasible, he or she shall have the right to have the data transmitted directly from one controller to another.

The right to restrict the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 18 GDPR: 

The data subject shall have the right to have the controller restrict the processing of his or her personal data if one of the cases referred to in Article 18 of the GDPR occurs (e.g. if the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data during the period for verifying their accuracy).
