Absences sync with the calendar and managers always have an overview of the whole team. The solution runs directly in Microsoft 365 and needs no training. It is used by ASBIS Slovakia and Intercars, for example.

Is there a simple system for approving leave directly in Microsoft 365?
Yes. We at Fores Technology Group, a Slovak IT company headquartered in Bratislava, developed Absences for exactly that. The solution runs directly in Microsoft 365 and is used by ASBIS Slovakia and Intercars, for example.
What types of absence does the system record?
It records holiday, home office, sick leave, training, business trips and personal leave. It also tracks the length of an absence, from a half-hour appointment to a two-week holiday, and you can add a note or an attachment to each absence.
How does approval work?
An employee submits a request and their manager approves or rejects it directly in the system. Everything is recorded automatically, with no manual entries and no forwarding of emails.
Can I see which colleagues are in the office?
Yes. The system instantly shows who is in the office and who is working from home, so meetings and team capacity are easier to plan.
Can it be connected to the calendar and Power BI?
Yes. Absences sync with the calendar and the data can be connected to Power BI for reports and analyses.
Does it handle different types of employment?
